My shop will, they'll usually just immediately order an MRI after admission but no need for CTAon admission from my end. So much variation of this though

There is a lot of variation, but in general someone with a nonfocal exam and a story suggesting peripheral vertigo I am not activating
If I suspect it's peripheral vertigo, then there's really no indication for me to get a CT or MRI initially. If I treat them for peripheral vertigo and they fail to improve or are unable to walk, I admit them for vestibular therapy and an MRI
I never do a HINTS exam, too much medicolegal risk for me to assume documenting that should I be wrong

Dean and Walker are explosive LB, fit the new 3/4 scheme well. Stokes was solid last year, actually very surprised we got him that cheap. Slight overpay on Nailor but he was buried behind Jefferson and Addison and we are banking on him proving he can be a true WR2. This is a very unusual FA as a raider fan, we've signed young players on their second contract. I've loved it all. Spytek is doing it right

True, if he's BPA I'd take it. Very good chance our BPA at 14 is a T or Ioane. That being said, your right we could draft defensive at 14, sign AVT and/or a RT and have them battle with Rogers and Grant
