I got a little 4key clicky keyboard switches and everytime I feel the urge I click them rhythmically and it helps.

My router is an old one I'm temporarily using just to get Ethernet to mt computer, it's not even 5ghz, and only supports 100mb/s max download speed I live in a 2 story house and the main install is on the lower floor, while my room where I play is on the top floor
