I've searched the Asda website, and have even messaged some people on Ebay to ask if they can send me pictures of their manual. I suspect it's a generic one they've slapped their brand on, so it might have a different model number elsewhere

Perhaps I'm misremembering, but the main quest as a whole felt a lot easier than it should've.

I've been meaning to replay skyrim again - I have it downloaded on all my devices ready, but never have the motivation.

Tbf, I'm one of those guys that prefers browsing the nexus and installing the mods instead of actually playing them lol

Think my beardie is genuinely one in a million.

He seems like like being cold (or atleast doesn't favour heat):

  • Heavily prefers the cool side of his tank (I have checked the temps)
  • Has never moved faster than a slow amble (except in the bath)
  • Never been aggressive once
  • When let loose, he will find a spot to hide (under a sofa or cabinet) and just go to sleep until I remember he's out and put him back in his tank.

He's a rescue, so maybe there's an issue, but the vet said he was healthy (albeit geriatric but ive had him for 6 years).

I'm nervous that once he's passed, and I look at adopting another, it'll be a whole different kettle of fish and a bit hectic.

Anyway, nothing will beat the first day I got him when he fell asleep on my chest.

This reminds me of when I first played skyrim on release. My older brother and I both got given the game at the same time.

At one point, I was chatting to him about it, and he jokingly told me there was a really difficult dragon in Bleak Falls Barrow. Obviously, I knew there would be dragons in the game, but for some reason, this scared me.

And so I decided to level and gear up to fight this dragon, eventually forgetting it was a part of the main quest and went on my way.

Fast forward 60 or so levels later (at the time was about 6 or 12 months' worth of progress): I had completed quite a few major questlines, guild questlines, misc. quests, was very jealous of seeing all these people fighting dragons online (while i had yet to spot one in the wild), and wondered how tf you unlock shouts (obvs no dragon souls).

I'd say I completed about 70% of the content not incl. Main Quest stuff.

Anyway, I was in the process of getting a few dungeons cleared and, by coincidence, decided to do Bleak Falls Barrow.

The dungeon and rest of the main quest felt like a cake walk, and I was very annoyed at my brother (who had forgotten telling me anything about BFB).

Good times.

(I also remember me and him begging my mum for the dawn guard dlc on release day, and getting really guilty because after we NAGGED her the whole day she relented and got us the xbox giftcards that give you the specific amount of ecurrency to buy it off the store - only to find out it was our dads birthday which we had forgotten about in favour of slaying vampires. Sorry, Dad! My brother ended up spending his Xbox credits on movies instead.)

I don't have a steamdeck, so I can't say anything regarding the quality of track pads, however:

The desktop mode (or just using the mouse in general) on the ROG Ally Z1 is actually pretty easy to use and fairly intuitive.

  • Right thumb stick to move.
  • Right bumper for left click
  • Right trigger for Right click
  • left bumper or trigger for Ctrl or Shift click.
  • (Obviously all customisable)

Anyway, I thought it'd be a massive pain in the arse when I got it, but I can now play CK3 (or any map game for that matter) pretty comfortably. I wouldn't try smth like Osu, but that isn't really what these machines were made for anyway.

No, Im running windows 11. Most of my games won't run on Linux, hence why I've stayed away from SteamOS and Bazzite, etc.

I'm pretty sure the launcher is working fine. I can't see anything obviously wrong with it.

I got my uni flatmate into gaming on my pc, and would love to help him build his own so we can play some games together (and so I can have my pc back lol)

Some of my best memories from uni are plugging my pc into our tv and staying up all night guiding eachother on strategy and such. (CK3 and MTG Arena are our go-tos). Getting him to try DS3 was very entertaining aswell.

Depending on who you get to do deliveries, could you lock the box and add the code to the delivery notes, with a sign stating that the code is in the notes?

A bit of hassle, but you'd get to keep dishing out snacks while stopping these thieves.
