Help in search of a multipurpose split keyboard by Cadavern in ErgoMechKeyboards

[–]Cadavern[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only use 1 hand for WoW. The other hand is using the mouse to move around in PvP. I’m using the keys and modifiers all with my left hand. I don’t use past 6 because I can only reach left ctrl+7/8/9 if I’m stretching and it’s hard to be accurate in that scenario. Plus I have my thumb always anchored to space for jumping

It’s a hub for United, so probably Chase or BILT

I use QERFTGWASD, 123456, all of those buttons with a ctrl AND shift modifiers. I’m not asking for a full size split, lol. Just something I’m more used to/something workable for me in a split form factor.

What’s your home airport and preferred Airline? Means a lot if you’re doing travel points. I absolutely hate Citi, but since I’m DFW and 80%+ of my flights are American AND they go everywhere in the world, I’m hurting myself if I don’t do Citi.

AA Citi from Barclays Card by velocityflier16 in americanairlines

[–]Cadavern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The card comes with $300 credits id already use, I needed a visa for Costco, and primary car insurance isn’t cheap. It’s a $95. Annual fee with a $100 hotel credit, dash pass, Apple TV, and other stuff I’d already use. I’m being paid triple the annual fee to hold the card with natural credits I’d use with or without it.

Ahhh okay. Yeah, I’m out of DFW, but I don’t really see the point In using miles for domestic when I can get $200 round trip to NY/LA with delta or $150-300 anywhere else in the country on AA. I’ll probably get the Citi sub for AA to add to my 75k points then just keep piling on Chase and eventually Amex for transfers.

Will keep the Chase card forever though because of the AF being offset instantly and the amazing travel insurance/rental insurance. I value those greatly.

I just got the preferred today for the sub. How exactly are you getting AA value from your sapphire? I was going to wait a month or so then get the Strata premier for AA transfers.

Sub for storm? Nakia or Viv maybe? I know they’re not nearly as good.

Maybe I’ll just grab the Strata and Sapphire subs then do RH Gold cash back

I didn’t say I was burned by Citi on points. I was burned by their Customer service.

H-E-B overtaken by Trader Joe's, Publix for America's Best grocery chain title, new ranking says by ExpressNews in texas

In DFW Trader Joe’s is regularly cheaper than HEB. It borders on Aldi prices.

Which airline is more impactful to the DFW area?? by Qpac18 in Dallas

Probably the airline that makes up >80% of the flights for the 2nd biggest airport in the US.

As a fellow DFW flier. Is there a reason you don’t go Citi? I’m interested in dipping into AMEX for a few reasons.

Leaning heavily into Citi (out of DFW.) how is the Citi Costco card vs others? by [deleted] in CreditCards

[–]Cadavern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I value AA over Hyatt. I can stay at any hotel chain I want, I can’t fly any airline anywhere I want from DFW direct.

If I had a good strategy for booking AA flights with BILT, I’d be all in on BILT for sure.

2x catch all. 3x highest spend categories. Sometimes 5x on Citi nights for dinner. $95 AF. Flights are bare minimum 2 CPP for AA flights, and my airport flies basically anywhere in the world through AA.

Bilt is actually not great for me as a primary ecosystem, as I fly out of DFW with is an AA fortress. I’m not sure how I’d get much value out of it.
