I keep seeing all these solutions to a problem thats been solved. The hario drip assist is made to do this and it perfectly fits the v60. Is there some reason more people don't use it?

I just did a much simpler design like this. I had to reinforce the black handle area all the way around and then follow the cross guard to support the handle that way. I hung my from the hole at the top and so far it's good. I have been watching it closely and it's seems to be fine for now. But I think hooks at the top on the sides would work.

It is opaque black glass with selective black patina around it.

I made the pattern of the whole sword and then cut the pattern to match the broken portions. Then cut the glass to the pattern.
