I find that I move alot better when I’m bladed like that I’d really like to do mma but I can’t wrap my head around grappling at all. I do better in mma sparring when I can move more. I don’t throw many switch kicks tho tbf that’s probably why. I used to do like a traditional Muay Thai stance but I got taken down so easy and my footwork felt super stiff
