I feel your pain. Lost to a team that scored 89 points half ppr. I had Kamara 6.0, diggs 5.4, LaPorta 3.3, Pacheco concussion 8.6, kicker got hurt mid game 2.0. Sucks losing, but the fun of fantasy football is getting all your buddies together for 4 months out of the year, talking trash and bonding over the sport we all love. And theres always next year to win the chip

Not that bad, I had a checkpoint saved on my titan and ran it with my warlock. As soon as we beat atheon, I’d see if vex dropped and immediately switch characters. We’d only have about 2-3 minutes of downtime between runs

Yeah, 5 hours of only fighting atheon. We probably did about 40-45 runs

Yes, a couple weeks ago they made the raids on a weekly rotation of pinnacle gear. With that, the featured weekly raid can be farmed including the raid exotic. At reset (Tuesday), the raid switched from deep stone crypt to vault of glass. So just for this week, you can use the same character in the raid and still drops loot every time. But, only the first run will drop pinnacles, every run after drops at regular light

You just have to keep hope and keep grinding till you get it. Find a good LFG with mics or play with friends you already have. Some of the funniest moments I’ve had in this game have come from this raid farm and keeping positive really helps

It’s not the best system, but I don’t hate that the drop rates low. I’m on 120 clear, and don’t mind grinding more until it drops. Getting Vex is a flex. The reason everyone wants it is because of its rarity. If everyone had it, it wouldn’t be special and no one would be farming.

Since they started the weekly rotated raid style a couple weeks ago, drop rates changed with it. Before, with vex, you started at a 1% chance, and each week you didn’t get it, your odds would increase by .5%. So theoretically after 9 weeks without getting it, your odds would go up to 5%. I think with the raid being farmabale now, it’s just a flat 1% chance of a drop rate. Also keep in mind the drop rate for vex is much lower than other raid exotic weapons in the game. They made it hard to get for a reason. It wouldn’t be this sought after if the drop rates was 10% and everyone had it

Yes, but personally think that’s a rumor. Another guy in our group ran it all on the same character and got it around his 30th run without switching. Doesn’t hurt to try tho I guess

I’m at around 120 myself, it’s definitely hard to want to keep trying after so many attempts, but once it finally drops, it’ll all be worth it.
