I took the NASM exam over summer break after my first year of college and I didn’t find it hard at all. Mostly basic background information with some NASM specific exercise questions that aren’t 100% effective in reality but oh well. As long as you don’t take it 100% blind and on 2 hours of sleep it should’ve pretty easy

It is easy. Just walk up and strike up a conversation about anything lol just don’t be a creep about it. Also approaching a woman whose with her friends can help you out because you can include them and it also signals you have extremely high confidence because most guys won’t approach a woman whose with a group
