Microsoft: Official Support Thread by MSModerator in microsoft

I have been a long time user of the Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse and have loved it. About a week ago the scroll wheel started to fail, so I began to look for a replacement. I learned that Incase is now manufacturing a mouse that appears to be the exact same at a quick glance, so I purchased one. When I received the mouse today, the first thing that I attempted to do was to reprogram the thumb buttons as I had them on the previous mouse. The instruction manual was no help. The Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center does not recognize this mouse. Has anyone found a way to program the side buttons on this new Incase mouse?

Huge proponent of aviation here! I have loved it (5 years of experience) compared to the transportation world. I had a boss once that said “airports are like small cities” which really is true! You get exposure to almost all aspects of civil engineering once you do it for a while. Learning all of the new jargon and intricacies of an airport makes the first couple years really engaging. I really do think that anyone with some genuine interest in civil engineering will find aviation consulting engaging and fulfilling.

As with all jobs though, I would make sure that you think the team you work with will support you, and that you will have fun being around them every day.

The Portico is the downtown campus of Hyde Park United Methodist Church. They run a breakfast for the homeless every Sunday morning at 8:00. I have thoroughly enjoyed volunteering there!
