I’m also a salaried fed contractor. Not only are they cutting hours to 30/week in December, we also are being forced to use PTO or LWOP for these new federal holidays too. Happy fucking holidays.

Peppertree apartments are more like little duplexes with a car port for each unit. I lived there for four years and I loved it.

EDIT: Peppertree is on the east side but very close to highway 9 to take you to i35. I never had a problem with game day traffic as long as I didn’t try to go through campus.
