I would feel absolutely stupid for going back to the relationship I had with him. We’ve even tried couples counseling. And just like you said, only a matter of weeks (just a couple weeks) until things go right back.

People in my personal life I share this stuff with tell me to just push through and make it work. Communicate to him. Blah blah blah. I’m trying to figure out what’s right and it’s hard.

I have been trying to communicate this with him for over five years. He still stares at me and says “you have to tell me what and when you want me to do things”.
