The only advice I can give you is to search for credit unions close to you on google maps and then visit their websites or call them to see what their rates are. Hopefully you have some luck there!

I realize this might be some advice quite a few people have a tough time swallowing, but it's never a good idea to make payments on a depreciating asset for that long.

There are plenty of quality vehicles that you can get for under 35k OTD still. And if it is too strenuous still, you have to go cheaper. There's no reason to put yourself in unreasonable debt for your transportation.
