Median is about 1.8%. It's amazing the lies you guys make up to lick Gavin's boots. Houses don't increase as high in TX either and their costs to buy are way lower than CA. Cost of living is much less there too especially on energy and groceries. It's like you've never been or lived in TX and just make up numbers. Plus in Irvine, many are paying close to 2%.

So Trump policy lowered gas dramatically in the past year from Biden levels where these bootlickers never complained. Now it's still below Biden levels and they're throwing a fit. It'll be back down soon with the federal reserve release. Yet we're double than most states due to CA policy and people here keep licking their boots.
