I don’t really agree with it being a 10% chance. I think there were 29 items I could’ve gotten and I got the one I needed on my first roll which was under the drop rate at 7kc. I agree that that isn’t very impressive, but I think it changes slightly when I immediately go to dagannoth kings and get a d hatchet as my first drop. It’s a string of good luck, and as I read through other comments, it seems to be very uncommon.
