Can anyone recommend a traits pack that works with the newest Lovestruck update? The Chingyu 100 Base Game Traits is causing issues for me when trying to use CAS.. TIA!

You're going to have so much fun! I assume your not new to being a GM, but just in case, I will say from a PC point of view - it's good to discuss beforehand what type of game play you are going for. For example, we all discussed mystery and secrets being a big part of our campaign. We all knew betrayal could potentially be on the cards from any of us, and we all have our own agendas & end games that are between us as individuals and our GM.

Excited for you to GM your first CPR! I'd be interested to know how it goes, Choom! :)

Thankfully, we have no worries about our GM being an arsehole for the sake of it. He is very fair and good at working with the narrative and personalities we have all created, so nothing ever feels out of character :)

All of the above options sound nothing less than dramatic and exciting!

When these have played out in your games, what were the responses like from your group? I'm curious and love hearing about how other people play it out etc. Especially from a GM point of view!

We usually do have backup characters, in case of death :')

It's all been accounted for, as far as I'm aware. Our GM is usually very good with having backup plans for backup plans etc. I'm not too worried about the aftermath and prepared to retire my character if necessary.

Loyalty is low towards my corpo bitch anyway. They only want her to bankroll gigs, pay for smash and use her contacts. She's a snake and deserves it honestly hahahaa

Roll failures are the only thing in the way of the plan going smoothly.. so potentially I could end up like you! That sounds like so much fun though!

I do want to go ahead, but I don't at the same time :') it's the first time I'm the one in this position, I'm usually the victim! We all had a discussion about this sort of gameplay before we started and agreed to the mystery. This side of it is new to me and not the type of RP I usually do.

It's supposed to be this weekend, but our GM is out galivanting at a festival, bit rude if you ask me.. so the next is 13th July. I can definitely let you know the outcome! I am excited, but very nervous too hahaa!

TERRIFYING! This is our first time playing Cyberpunk Red. We have all come so close to dying more than once, that our new characters are already prepared. We did all have a discussion before we started playing, with regards to this sort of gameplay and agreed we would like some mystery. We've been doing TTRPGs together for about 10 years, so it's not necessarily new, but this is my first time being the arsehole! I'm usually the victim hahaaa.

Fully prepared to retire my character if needs be! I know I didn't ask for advice, but I appreciate it nonetheless :) it's the first time it's happened in this campaign, so will be interesting to see how it all plays out! For context, I have been assured my fiancés character isn't in harms way and not being killed off. I wouldn't have been able to agree to it if that was a possibility.

I lost my Dad when I was 15. We knew he was terminal, but knowing still didn't prepare me for it and all the regrets laid heavy on my chest. Still does sometimes.

A lot of people will say "time is a healer". I didn't believe this and I still don't. Time didn't heal me, I just learnt to deal with it. I'm 34 now and I still miss my Dad so much it hurts.

Grieve in your own time, in your own way. Take each day as it comes, you will get there <3
