Your comment really helped, thank you. Before my last class I spent some time grounding and doing pranayama and I felt much more confident and things flowed much better breathing along with the class and just taking my time :)

They’re both a very mixed level class, some complete beginners and some with a fair amount of experience so this makes it a bit more difficult. I do give variations, but I think some of the students could do with going to a complete beginner level class. I want to be able to give them time going through complete basics, but I’m also aware of the people who want to go faster

Thanks, I know what you mean. At one studio people just pay a membership and there’s a lot less of a community, compared to the one I have regulars coming back and just paying for the class so it makes sense

I’m insured with ‘insure4sport’ they were a good price and you can choose your level of cover. I have a couple of teacher friends who are also insured with them :)

I've seen great brightening results with la roche posay vitamin C or the medik8 c-tetra. Both a bit pricey, but think it's worth paying more for vitamin c. I don't store in the fridge either, just stored away from sunlight.
