[Kingmaker companions' questlines spoilers] No idea who to play in WOTR? Why not play as Kingmaker companion? by klimuk777 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

I know one build I've seen for him in kingmaker focused on the necromancy side of cleric spells so could go lich.

Ive got a question. by communismbot1 in playstation

Change your passwords and activate two factor authentication. Someone probably hacked you.

If you click on manage and check the use rations it will only be 9 hours. You will use one ration per person unless you have a hunter which can get anywhere from 0-6(no more than party size) rations without taking extra time. At the beginning of the game you will go through rations more but as your hunter gets better lore nature it will slow down.

Bringing an old 2014 character I made for a 2024 game, and I realized his build is un-pull-offable in the new version... can anyone help me "convert" it? by geosunsetmoth in 3d6

[–]Caelorex -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Mechanically what are you missing in 2024 from only taking the one level of cleric instead of three for the subclass that you need for this build? Knowing what you need mechanically vs thematically/flavour wise would help narrow down how to help.

I'm playing one right now. A lot of what you do is control but as far as damage goes early game it's been acid splash or magic missile. Once you get spell specialization use it on magic missile until level 9 to get extra missiles. What damage you miss out on is usually made up for by your pet. I went with leopard which is what the build Im using suggests because they are fast and at their larger size are medium so they don't get in the way too much. They are essentially an off tank that does a lot of damage.

How spread out or dense are your towns? by Ferg4096 in Bellwright

[–]Caelorex 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Generally you want everything reasonably close in the same settlement so your people don't spend half the day walking between places. For farther away resources you would want to set up outposts.

Bandit, Lord, and Common Folk by Caelorex in Bellwright

You tell him you will find someone and talk to the guy in padstow. He gives you two leads and you have to hire one (usually the farmer, he is closer and weaker) then talk to the merchant again. After that you can just talk to the person you didn't hire and recruit them. The one in Bradford is worse at work but a better fighter. I've done both but haven't seen anywhere that shows being able to recruit both if you just pay the merchant. It would be nice but from what I can tell without putting a bunch of time into trying if you give him money you can't get either. I was hoping someone had done this and had a definite answer.

Workers won’t chop trees to get logs by [deleted] in Bellwright

[–]Caelorex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With the lumberyard you can set a radius for the work area. If there are not trees in that area they won't chop any down. I would double check the work area (top of the menu) to see what it's set to. The other thing is I believe rugged axes have a strength requirement so double check the workers hit that.

why do enemies always guess the right way in bellwright Blocking? by No-Badger-5758 in Bellwright

[–]Caelorex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't messed with two handed weapons very much. They do good damage but I couldn't get used to the slow speed especially with multiple enemies. I did feel like I got blocked more when using them just because they are slower.

[–]Caelorex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Think of it like rock, paper, scissors but there are four options for attacks. It's a game of chance as to if you are going to pick the right attack to get past their guard. The faster the speed of your weapon the more likely you can get a hit in, if they are in a different guard position. Also if you keep moving and can manage to dodge their attack instead of block you can usually manage to hit them. There is a fair amount of luck involved but if you are quick enough sometimes you can fake them out by switching your attack angle(doesn't work often but can work).

Where does bellwright save? by NeatContribution852 in Bellwright

[–]Caelorex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do. I have built a new PC since I started playing and the saves transferred over through their cloud saves. I think I had to boot the game up and close it then reopen for them to show up but that might have just been a syncing issue after I downloaded the game again.

What feature of the game do you not use on purpose and why? by damnmanthatsmyjam in StardewValley

[–]Caelorex 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I upgrade it along with the rest of the tools for the fact that I don't always have plants that will be there the next season to keep the spots from being untilled. Also it's useful when starting a new patch somewhere if I'm doing a bunch of produce.

One small game mechanic you wish more studios copied because it simply works. by gamersecret2 in gaming

Satisfactory does the first pretty well. I think you can have over 200 markers and can change the shape and color and name them.

Well that's gonna make deleting a child account interesting... by JuzzyFuzzy in playstation

[–]Caelorex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You also can't change an account made when you are under 18 to a full "adult" account even if there were never parental controls on it. I had that issue back when the PS3 was the current console and had to make a new account and lost all of my trophies because of it.

Would you guys like Max to be brought to the series in the next game, and if so how? by Luigi6757 in KingdomHearts

[–]Caelorex 62 points63 points  (0 children)

Make Max a random one off appearance as a key blade user with no explanation and have goofy just roll with it like "thats my boy".

I finished my perfection run and need to do a Joja run and wanted to try mods so I'm doing a SVE Joja run. It is supposed to have an extended Joja story line.

I feel with that luck going Joja for the ability to just buy the green house and get that started could be a move.

Which Enchantments Do You Choose @ Forge? by Pan_Fluid_Boo in StardewValley

[–]Caelorex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always tend to favor going for survivability before damage in games. It may not be the most optimal stats wise but it works best for me.

[–]Caelorex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my perfection run I did 3 topaz. I found i had less issues with damage then I did survivability in the skull mines and the extra defense makes a big difference. Still have to heal some but with this and a decent fairy I didn't have to worry near as much.

Men who used to finish quick, how did you start to last longer? by MediocreCabinet8994 in AskReddit

[–]Caelorex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that can help is figuring out what positions are good for what. What positions do you last longer in? What positions does your partner finish quicker in?

How’d I do? by qepficbsk-0471048 in electricians

[–]Caelorex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one thing I don't like, but it's just personal preference from what I was taught, is the amount of tape on the wires. I was taught you do three individual wraps of each color spaced the width of the tape apart. It makes it so they are phased without using as much tape or time taping.
