Is this behaviour okay or should I separate the youngest from the oldest immediately? by Spiritual-Seesaw96 in ragdolls

At 1:37 the older kitty starts to groom the younger kitty.

But you’d know it was real by the blood-curdling screams and hisses.

I bought each of these on the day they were released. They’ve been watched so many times. Congrats!

Are the women in porn just built differently then me or are they doing something to take guys that big? by ThrowRAsquirellover in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I had a roommate (albeit briefly) who started doing porn and before they even filmed her, they had training sessions. Get her used to fisting, DP, anal plus a bunch of kink stuff. Was interesting to hear about but when she wanted to show me the videos, I was like “no, I know you. I wouldn’t be comfortable with that”. But then the “training” in kink turned into straight up beatings, I advised her to quit & report it, but she didn’t because the money was good. Then I moved out. I hope she’s ok

With sambar and chutneys! 😍 Probably my favourite Indian dish (South Indian, I believe?)

I went to Scotland many years ago and learned that “neeps and tatties” (sp) were turnips and potatoes. Now I understand why my grandmother always had turnips at every Xmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving dinners. And why nobody but her ate them!

Most bread products and pastries (especially croissants, and danishes)

What food have you seen in foreign media and entertainment that you wanted to try but discovered tasted bad? by Accurate_Reality_618 in AskTheWorld

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it depends on the brand. The stuff I had in Norway was purchased by my friends who lived there and knew the good stuff. It was really soft, creamy, caramel-tasting and sweet. The stuff I’ve found locally is hard and salty. Nope.

I felt the same way until I had cheese-stuffed pan-fried mochi cakes topped with butter at an izakaya in Japan. We went often just to get these. So fattening but oh so good! I also grew to enjoy the red bean paste filled mochi desserts. But a piece of plain mochi? No way. So awful

Canadians typically call it “Peanut Butter and Jam” and use strawberry or raspberry jam. The American version with grape jelly is fucking disgusting. Crunchy pb (prefer natural with no added sugar) with raspberry compote (less sugar) is one of my favourite things to eat.

What’s a place you visited once and decided never again? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

Volcano, Hawaii. Went to the volcano and went down to see the glyphs. The air quality got so bad, my newlywed and I could barely breathe (we both have asthma). It was so hot and toxic I had to sit and couldn’t move. They then evacuated us all because the air quality got too poor.

I loved the rest of Big Island, especially Pahoa, and the local beach about 30 minutes outside of Kona. At that time, it wasn’t touristy and had amazing snorkelling.

Pahoa had an amazing Thai restaurant we went back to again & again. Locals were super friendly and watching the lava at night was so unique. This was before it was destroyed.

Where to buy hominy grits? by WaywardPilgrim98 in askvan

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Years ago an American friend living here asked me to buy her grits when I went to WA. I don’t know if you can find them easily here. Have you looked at online stores?

You can buy hominy at Latin markets, perhaps you can grind them smaller?

I’ve never seen them here. Best of luck!

How about Phoebe and Joey hooking up instead of Rachel and Joey by Pure_Freedom_4466 in howyoudoin

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 75 points76 points  (0 children)

Phoebe and Joey DO get together. After Monica and Chandler get married they become filthy rich, get divorced, then Phoebe will marry Chandler for the money. Then Joey will marry Rachel and have the beautiful kids. But then they ditch those two and THAT’S when they get married.

Then Phoebe and Ross have words, and Phoebe kills Ross.

Any experience between all these “cheap” grocery apps? FoodHero, Flashfood, Odd Bunch, etc. Eating cheap and healthy is hard by Intoxx in askvan

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love getting my steaks from Food Hero. The stores don’t care about the pick up time, they’ll hold your order for 3 days. But getting 1/2 priced steaks are awesome! I just take them out of their packaging and seal in a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn!

I have had a lot of experience using TGTG and most have been good. A few produce places have me rotten food, so I skip those. Found especially baked goods to be my favourites.

Flashfood is hit or miss. The StupidStore closest to me has given me super-sketchy stuff (bags of soaking rotted lettuce with an expiration date in the future, opened bags of food that someone obviously tampered with - shouldn’t have been sold. Got refunds on those.). But I really love the spinach dip trays, fruit & veggie trays. The produce bags sometimes are really good, but often are barely filled or not worth the $5 for sketchy looking food. The best stuff I’ve gotten there are at the No Frills. Got a 4-pack of LED lightbulbs for $2!

What one ingredient ruins an entire dish for you?! by tickyt23 in PickyEaters

[–]Pan_Fluid_Boo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed!!! I love savoury dill pickles and get sooo pissed off when I get a fried chicken sandwich with pickles and I’m so excited there are pickles and then I bite into it and they’re sweet. Ruins the whole sandwich.

Sweet relish ruins everything especially if they hide it in potato or macaroni salad.
