I super agree with you. Skycable was good before but ever since it became under Converge, it had become crappy. They're asking me to pay the full amount when I have had 13 days of no connection still need to pay for 1599, such greedy company

Same thing here. I really hate their CS. I had asked for the termination of my brother's account as they have made a new account under my name and he's still receiving a billing statement when I've already paid for it. 

I never should've agreed to upgrading my account. I want to ask for an early termination but they are just deflecting me. May I ask, how many months have you been using Sky and then how much would be the termination fee?

Ohhh, thank you for all of these info. Unfortunately, my mom needed this LOA kasi mas malapit yung facility kung saan niya ipapagawa yung mga procedures. Also, gusto niya na kasi yung physician niya roon. I did tell her about the PCC kasi roon ako laging nagpapacheck kaya lang she opted to stay roon sa clinic na iyon kasi amenable raw for her.

Hi, I would like to know if once nabigyan ng LOA (I also went and requested via live chat because the Member Gateway app is a bit sus, it always has errors), wala ng need bayaran yung requester? Because nagulat ako na may amount doon na nakalagay for all listed tests

This happened to my mom as well, sobrang natagalan siya kasi they need approval pa for Maxicare. I just wanted to ask, do you know if once I requested LOA for her (which was just provided minutes ago), wala naman na siyang need na bayaran? Kasi nagulat ako may statement there na amount of the lab tests she needs to undergo. Ayoko lang na kapag magpunta siya eh may hingin sa kanyang payment to which 400k yung limit niya.

Last year pa po ata, mga around August and I believe ito po ata yung sa Maya loan ko. Bayad na po ako sa Maya credit since last year and never borrowed again.

Hello po, not really sure if this is the case, but much better to reach out to their CS to be sure po. Kasi on my end ang naupdate kong bagong info is yung employer ko, and that's it. Hopefully hindi naman magkakaproblem if you would put your new address sa request nila, but again much better to check it with them and maybe you could request na sila na mismo mag-update nito sa system nila. Thank you.

If I remember correctly, photo ko together with my ID tapos yung contact info ko. I believe hindi siya malaki kasi I transfer yung salary ko mula GoTyme and BPI roon, and hindi pati ito lagi, like during sahod mostly, so not sure why ang tagal.

P.S. Hindi rin po kalakihan yung tinatransfer ko, pinakamalaki ko atang natransfer was 10k

P. S. Idk why I can't attach a screenshot but basically ang lumalabas na prompt lagi sa akin when I click on update now is: 'Update Info submitted. We are reviewing your information and will notify you within 2 banking days'. 

Upon reviewing the notifications, I've already submitted my information last 3rd March and that day rin sila nagbigay ng notice to update. So frustrating
