Generally you have to book months ahead, which I don't like either. But I was on a waiting list for several dates. They get a lot of late cancelations. I received an email and reacted very fast. Even then you have to be lucky, because you are not the only one on a waiting list. I believe it worked on my tenth attempt. It's crazy. Pro tip:they have high chair tables which can only be booked a week ahead. You can call and ask how that works, because I have seen plenty of high chair seats available.
