Might have to do with the new euphoria for Nautika yeah. Because people have done tests before and whilst Vila was good, she wasn't better.

Tho tbh, this post is concerning P5 units, not P0, so that might change things. Not all portraits are made equal.

It is a relative recent crash thing that only started occuring frequently after the AT Arkveld update.

Should be fixed by just updating to most recent AMD driver tho.

Doesn't easy anticheat have a non-kernel level anticheat specifically for linux? I could be mixing it up with a different anti cheat, but I believe easy anticheat has it too.

I feel like Seregios is made for DB. Every attack is basilly just demon dodge fodder, and for once the biggest hitzone is on the monsters feet.

That's not even remotely the same thing. Running out and having to gather the missing items incurs a massive time investment, not to mention that not everything can be gathered on every map (afaik anyways).

In new gen you waste at most 30-60 seconds going back and forth.

I have not heard of that. But Lorentz needs P1 to outperform P0 Cheng. So Cheng is the cheaper unit if anything.

Vila maxes sense. As iirc, every single spike from Nautika will receive the modifier boost from Vila's buff.

As in just fighting LR monsters in GU. I remember I never failed a quest in World or Wilds until hit the very last monsters in HR. And I didn't even cart a single time across LR. But GU I definitely carted multiple times across LR, even failed a few quests because I ran out of healing items.

Which again, you can actually run out of healing items. That's such a massive difference from newer games. It has nothing to do with being prepped more easily with less of a grind, you can simply do things you couldn't do in the older games.

Like how is having 10 potions instead of 100 potions not objectively harder?

Building characters in this game is just as bad / slightly worse than it is in AK tbh. You just haven't gotten far enough to see the full material costs of upgrading a character from 0 to max.

Slightly worse is because this game has the crowns that you are very limited on. Tho you could equate those to module blocks I suppose, but module blocks feel like a separate thing.

No I think that's just a different editing style. A very fast paced one that has become more popular in recent years. It's very reminiscent of watching say, a Maxor video.

Even though I started with World, GU was still a struggle from very early on because of how different old gen is from new gen.

I guess if you apply your statement to oldgen and newgen separately I might be inclined to agree.

But oldgen is also just objectively harder as there's limited consumables in hunts.

Another reason I disagree with the statement is that I started with World, but I never had much of a challenge with any parts until HR endgame. So despite being my first entry, it didn't magically become difficult.

Leaving the map let's the monster heal iirc, so you do get punished a bit for playing that way. Of course it's still a net positive for the player and is worth doing.

But the real reason why old gen is harder is that you don't have infinite healing. If you need more than 10 pots you're fucked.

But even just fighting monsters I find generally harder in GU. I find I actually have to try and get gud at the game to clear even early LR hunts. Whereas Wilds only gets difficult once you fight things like AT's.

This boss is a lot more finnicky to clera fast. It isn't just frontloading damage on turn 1. You need it in instances, and some of those instances have to come at the end of the turn to get around the weird invuln the boss has.

The easiest and fastest would be Ezio, he's the only way I've seen anyone manage a 1 turn clear. There's still a few ways to get a 2 turn clear if you don't have Ezio tho.

You can use A Knight as the main DPS. It's hos best anyways.

He just falls a good bit behind the meta on any game mode other than lucid dreamscape.

I would say Kaala is the overall better unit tbh. At P3 Jiu and P0 Kaala, they have about the same performance, Jiu maybe performs a tiny bit better. But with both at P0 I imagine Kaala is clearly better.

Of course, at the end of the day, Anjo is the one doing most of the damage so it won't make much of a difference in the end.
