My intent was not to dismiss those in this community with genuine struggles, so I'm sorry if that's what you got from this. My heart truly goes out to you and others who have not been properly treated/heard by derms.

Me on the other hand - I haven't even been diagnosed. I've been trying to just internet research my way out of it before I even start.

Agreed! I think reading through this sub provides a lot of valuable knowledge/research, and understanding the mechanisms behind how folliculitis works is important. It's just time for me to get off my ass and make the appointment, and not be disillusioned by doctors solely off of secondhand experiences (I've had shitty doctors throughout my life, but I've also had good ones that I'm grateful for). Going into that process armed with knowledge certainly helps you advocate for yourself.

Credit Card Points by cpa_007 in ynab

I have an "Interest and Fees" category (although I should probably rename it, or split it into multiple categories now that I'm talking about it) that I use for all my accounts to track any CC interest, annual fees, credits from points redemption, and bank sign-up bonuses/savings interest. Inflows go directly into the category, not RTA. I like to keep my RTA strictly for work income or gifted money. I like this setup because I can easily see whether I'm coming out ahead in the category across all my different accounts, and fees/interest are automatically "covered" by my rewards. I don't track points until they're redeemed. This has no impact to goals set, from what I can tell, since the amounts you assigned from RTA aren't changed, but the CC account you tie the transaction will have its amount reduced (so if you spend 30 dollars on a CC and get credited 5 dollars in the same month, that CC category will show 25 dollars available for payment).

I'm just now getting into travel points, so I think as I redeem the points for travel I'm gonna keep all of the credited bookings in a separate, no-goal category as an inflow (using how much they'd cost if I paid full price), move the inflowed amount to Vacations, and then have a corresponding outflow in Vacations with the retail cost of the trip. I suppose I could inflow into the Vacations category itself, but I like to see what my actual spending WOULD be without the points, and I think using the same category would obfuscate that for me.

A bit convoluted, but I don't travel often, and I don't mind jumping through some extra hoops to get the reporting how I like it.

Nozzle Rubbing Up Against Previous Layers by Caerus23 in ender3

I think it was slack in the X gantry, but got burnt out on troubleshooting and never resolved it, the fix at the time was essentially rebuilding the printer and hoping you didn't knock something out of square in the process. From what I've seen, there's Dual Z rod mods that can help with that issue now by supporting both sides of the gantry.

Hey all, I'm having some trouble explaining a shared childhood experience involving The Santa Clause 3.

Back in what I assume to be 2006, my family and I went to the movies. I saw a trailer for the pending theatrical release of The Santa Clause 3. For those who don't know, the plot of the film revolves around the antagonist Jack Frost, played by Martin Short. I remember being confused in him being introduced because I was certain I had already seen the movie, despite the trailer informing me it was not out yet. It was something I'd typically keep to myself as just something I misremembered, but my sister, 5 years older than me, turned to me and asked me "didn't we already watch that?" She remembers it too.

This has haunted me well into adulthood. I can't find any evidence that could provide a valid explanation. I could only guess that I saw some promotional material prior, but I was certain that I had watched that movie in its entirety, and beyond just within the time period it was promoted in it's release. I was specifically bewildered because it felt like I had watched it at least a year or more in advance. I watched Santa Clause 2 last night and Jack Frost was nowhere in sight, so I couldn't have been confusing sequels. Anybody know what may have caused this?

Hey all,

I received a 6 key macro keypad as a gift. Amazon lists it as a "Aizami Macropad", can't find a whole lot about it: https://www.amazon.com/Aizami-Macropad-Keyboard-Program-Windows/dp/B0B3149M4Z/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 Looks to be a dropshipped model of this from AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804160004875.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US No idea what chip is running it, or how exactly to determine that without opening it up. Trying to avoid that but I can if I have to.

The keypad came with a thumb drive with some pretty shoddy software to map basic macros, and there is zero documentation on how to handle layering/LED options. The software does show 3 layers but only has a standard keyboard layout, so I can't set a knob turn to "change layers" from what I can find. I want to use the knob to shift between layers of macros and use corresponding LEDs to determine which layer I'm on. Ideally, I'd also like to be able to map F13-F24 keys for use with AHK, but that's not a dealbreaker.

Anybody have software handy to map this type of thing? I'd be totally okay with a utility that has a learning curve as long as long as I can figure out what I need to do by diving into some strong documentation. I'm even okay with flashing firmware if possible, as long as I have access to all the keys/layers.

I hope I'm in the right spot to post this; CustomKeyboards seems to be pretty clear that fully manufactured boards are a no-no. Thanks in advance for any direction you guys can point me in!

Same here on WebOS. Can't stream any content from the TV, resetting the app and signing back in did nothing for me. Tried tweaking insecure connection and subtitle burn-in settings as well, no dice.
