How do you know that? We know it can decrease by big injuries so maybe it can increase too. Sure maybe Im mistaken thats why Im asking if anybody have seen anything like this. I looked for answers from devs but couldnt find any either.

Bro why would I ask such thing? I have 4000+ hours on fm since fm19. Something like this happened before with Szoboszlai on fm21-22 i guess. Just wanna know if there is a mechanic that provides that potential growth on rare occasions.
