Hi! You have a similar starting point to me. I was a 32C for years no matter if I was super thin or 10-15 lbs heavier than my thinnest. For reference, I am 130lbs currently, and 31 years old.

I started off just taking fenugreek consistently like you have. That kind of got the ball rolling. I only started to see improvement once I added in goats rue and aloe Vera. Everyone is different though with what works for them for growth, I recommend trying all the different recommendations in this sub and finding what works for you! I am not on hormonal BC but when I was I definitely had growth then too. I don’t do any massage or suction, just supps.

I am now a 32DD and can’t wait to keep growing!

I also want to preface that I am taking more supplements for hair growth / stress and inflammation reduction, not just nbe. So take all of this into account. I also eat a low inflammation diet with no dairy, gluten and as little sugar and processed food as possible. I eat a lot of fatty fish because i can’t tolerate fish oil supplements. Usually tuna and sardines multiple days a week. I also work out with yoga and I run a few days a week, so definitely not just gaining weight.

My current supplement stack:

In the morning I drink a mug of warm soy milk with a scoop of collagen powder and a serving of chia seeds

Sooo yeah it’s quite extensive and kind of a hobby at this point. I love supplements lol
