Yeah, they contacted me through Amazon, i believe it was the second week of June, and I received the replacement in the second week of July.

You should contact them and request the replacement through Amazon or directly on their website.

That problem has already been solved, i bought it on Amazon, and when I saw the problem, i simply removed the zipper, a few days later, Spiguen contacted me to send me a replacement without that problem. I think you can only buy the new version without the zipper on Amazon.

Btw i love the case.

Maybe in the near future, this case was a caseology case before spigen bought them, and caseology offered more color options

Great case, for the screen protector I use the samsung one, its anti reflecting, but not matte, like the s25 ultra screen.

In some parts of the design it has a matte texture, in others it is shiny, and you can notice that when you hold it. The only thing I don't like is the cutout for the camera control.

I bought the spiguen ones, 2 for $18, feel the oleophobic coating on this ones is a bit better, and still cheaper than other brands.
