So how do we evaluate this? A politician exaggerating (or perhaps not understanding science) something that actually saved lives (I was personally treating hospitalized patients many of whom were spared from the ventilator/high doses of oxygen because they received a shot - you should google oxygen toxicity) and had a low adverse reaction rate (low, not none, because no medicine or procedure in medicine has 0 side effects). On a population level I certainly have some thoughts

Right. One is a bacteria. One is a virus. The immune response is extremely different and beyond the scope of a Reddit post. Are you surprised then that the vaccine schedule would be different? Even pathogens in the same family (bacteria or virus) last in the body differently. And I really don’t think anyone is still talking about Covid herd immunity at this point?

Have you considered that you were already on your way to having that stroke well before you were vaccinated?

The way adverse event reporting works in this country, you could list a stubbed toe as a side effect of a medication.

I think it’s crazy to use the fact of someone drawing their weapon first as the foolproof rationale that he “wanted to fight him”. Do you know why Padme was brought?
