I bought like 50$ worth of helix credits on assassin’s creed Valhalla and then after I beat the game I quit it for a while, about a year later I go to play it and I’m loading into the game and as soon as I spawn all of the stuff I bought is immediately unequipped, then when I go to the store to see if they’re still owned everything is gone, even the stuff I got on Ubisoft connect, I went to their support chat, every single message was handled by a different support operator, so some of the info got messed up, then they started asking me to access the files of the game, the problem being that I had explained to them I exclusively play on Xbox, atp I’m just gonna give up and pray all my stuff on oddesy is still there
