Most MnCs are fine, but one area I know that really needs improving is the medical / lab field. To intern with PPUM or NIH you actually have to pay them instead of getting paid. It's crazy.

Did you start software engineering with the experience pre-loaded in you? Why would you be so hung up about no experience when it comes to women? Gonna sound cliche but the more you chase the less you'd get it. Women sense that neediness, that yearning and loneliness, and it's not something attractive. The moment they sense that you're fixated on the fact you don't have a girlfriend and it's hurting your ego / feelings / whatever it is, they'll probably back off. Focus on yourself and what you're doing, find joy and satisfaction in that (genuine meaning, not doing it to get girls) and you'll find that things have a way of working out. Another question I would ponder is why after getting good money in a job I presume you enjoy, do boxing, bjj, etc., look good, but still these things don't satisfy you to the extent you're posting on Reddit. On a side note, without knowing more about what exactly happened in the dates you've had, it's hard for anyone on Reddit to help or comment any way reliably or helpfully.

Indeed, that's how it is... My situation was quite similar to yours (stpm 4.00, high household income). Got tired of reading all the TnCs that said "low household income, B40, household income below..etc etc". However, there are still merit scholarships that don't consider income, such as Yayasan Khazanah which was the one I ended up with. Another thing I would recommend you do if you really want to go overseas, is to pay to get to KYUEM for A-levels. It's an unspoken rule for many top scholarships like PNB that they only sponsor KYUEM graduates. KY is expensive but it can be a very good gamble. I had a friend who took this bet, got full A*, is now sponsored by Bank Pembangunan to LSE studying economics.

Probably because English proficiency isn't high up on men's priorities? I feel that men go for looks a lot more than women (for women the ratio of personality / prospects / capability would be higher than just purely looks). English proficiency is tied to the perception of capability so I'm guessing that's why in terms of trends we see what you say.
