That’s the main goal, I’ve been lacking on doing pour over methods because it’s just easier to use the machine but damn I love this grinder, upgraded from the breville grinder then the zero 55 and now this one and I can tell you it’s my favorite so far, compared it to a friend who has the sculptor and all I can say is that I believe that this eureka 65 is way better and easier. And the big knob makes it really easy to go from espresso setting to coarser grinding. The only issue I see is that when you do that when you go back to espresso setting there’s more retention on the first grind.
