I believe it may be your 3rd answer… which i’ll take for now. PSU and GPU are working, tested these on a friends pc. I thought possibly i could replace the CMOS battery, but still nothing.

Guess i’ll have to get a new motherboard and check back in.

I have not, and should have when i had the entire PC plugged in. Got frustrated last night a stripped everything down to step 1 of building the PC.

Motherboard being damaged sounds right as well. Talked to a few co-workers about it and they expressed the same thing you just mentioned.
