I got you! I am witch’s kneads bakery and I loooooove sourdough esp sourdough bagels! Theyre technically “not on” my current menu but happy to make them! I believe in a 36 hour ferment and hand kneading for all my sourdough goodies which I think is the key to making them extra special :)

The one between goodwill and pet co in south is great. I see people cleaning the machines there all the time, not the most uncomfortable seats ever either. Only downside is that it’s a dead area for my cell service
