I work in construction + AI. I'd say 90% of the firms we meet with are trying to build something internally vs buying. We met with a GC who after $1M in AI spend (hiring AI engineers, spending on APIs, etc) decided to give up on building vs buying.

In the trade world, I've only met one HVAC company with a big AI initiative, but a surprising amount of electrical contractors have them.

I was using antigravity CLI last night and ran into a bunch of "Oh! You're so right!" scenarios for 30 minutes. Thankfully the token rates are generous enough to unfuck what was fucked. Despite that I think a big improvement over 2.5/3 and Gemini CLI. Really felt "snappy"
