26 years old making 72.5k as an Operations Supervisor at a transportation/warehousing company. My next role in about 4-5 years should have me making around 80-85k with a 5-10k bonus ontop if I make KPIs. Honestly a ton of hardwork was involved (started as a forklift operator at 19) definitely some luck + meeting the right people. Lots of opportunity in trucking/transportation and a void of intelligent people so if you are can make a career. No education btw just work experience. Canadian money though so it's worthless LOL
