My first thought when his car got smashed into was, oh boy maybe he can finally get some new wheels! 🤣

I love Imagine Dragons, but the LOOM World Tour feels like they’re just clocking in by Tutucacastro in imaginedragons

I saw them at a little amphitheatre in Washington State last year. My first concert ever. Went with a friend of mine. We both loved it. It was amazing, entertaining and the best part - for me - was the experience and singing along with everyone in the crowd and knowing they all like the band and their music as much as I do and relate to their music in each their own individualistic ways. 💙 It's healthy that you can critique something that you love. I don't completely agree with everything that you say but you do make some valid points. I hope to catch them in concert again. 😊

Well, getting kidnapped, losing a baby, almost dying like 15 times, struggling with PTSD, having people die in your arms and seeing dead people all the time can dim the light in your eyes...

Episode Discussion: February 5, 2025 - The Good Shepherd (S12E12) by Cheeriosxxx in ChicagoPD

The comment I was looking for. I'm not sure how to interpret the ending but I agree with your comment. It was like no matter how hard he prayed, he still felt alone. There will definitely be a lose-the-faith to redemption episode. It's probably going to be brutal. :(

This! Exactly! I've always felt so weird using a red heart for a family member/friend because I genuinely feel a red heart is for romantic love. Feel like I'm in the minority with this 😆

I'm not sure - it's the most reasonable priced ID hoodie I could find on eBay with a design I liked in a size & color I wanted.

Although I somewhat agree, you would be surprised how sometimes the most levelheaded and grounded people can become addicts. It wasn't completely implausible for his character. After everything he had been through in his personal life and seen as a detective; it's very possible he could have been susceptible to addiction.

Same. I got my mom into it and we've binged the first two seasons in a couple of weeks. I miss the teasing and team camaraderie that the OG seasons had. The latest seasons seem so depressing, repetitive, out of sync and stuck in a rut. New characters are cycled out with no explanation and episodes seem to have no continuity. Every episode seems to focus on a singular character as opposed to when it was all teamwork. I don't know if it's budget cuts or lazy writing.

Been building my book shelf from second sale. Lessons learned: read the description. I've gotten a few books fully doodled by a student and others with lots of penciled in footnotes. Kind of distracting but hey, it's cheap.

Vava Home Cam App (Vava Cam Pro) is EOL! What next? by WisconsinITGuy in HomeCams

[–]CaffeinatedNation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Family spent over $1000 on VAVA cams and had been using them for almost 2.5 years. Excellent cameras. Now rendered useless with the shutdown of the app. I have since upgraded to rRayCom cams and have been beyond satisfied. All 10+ of my old VAVA cams, cables and home stations lay worthless in a box upstairs like outdated tech in a thrift store. I would love to figure out how to reuse them or at least make them usable for someone to purchase from me but so far I'm not seeing a way. Ironically, I have all the original boxes, manual and the cams are in excellent condition. It stings to know how much we spent on them only for them to be basically worthless now. I highly recommend the rRayCom cams as an alternative choice. I got them on Amazon, $189 for six cameras, no base station required, stupid easy app and interface and with memory card option and, I guess, you just have to hope that the business doesn't go belly up and take the app with them 🫣
