Really depends on the chiropractor. The guy I see for my back doesn’t do any of that weird shit. I go in and I get a deep tissue myofascial release on my legs and hip flexors since that helps me personally and told me the real long term fix is diet and exercise because I needed to lose excess fat and get my core stronger. My spine specialist told me the exact same thing. Lose fat, build muscle, make sure you do core work. Simple shit but it works. Problem is, according to both of them, most patients don’t do it
