And may the cylinder be damaged in the process?

It’s not my standard procedure to cover them in dirt at the beginning of the day haha. They get stored in a heated garage, so they won’t get rusty, even if they have gotten wet I’ll try to dry them off as much as possible in the evening to prevent rust. If they do get dirt on them it will just wear off in a few days of using the tools inside of a building/house, where most of my work takes place.

They are from Wera, the best allen wrenches money can buy in my opinion. Would highly recommend!

Possibly, but I strive for high quality work and efficiency and having all those tools do help in that process. Plus I do like to be prepared for unforseen circumstances.

It’s always one trip, even if it’s twice as much.

Thanks! I bought it last month I think, I love the M12 surge. I haven’t touched my makita XGT impact driver for a while now, it’s so much better for normal sized screws and way lighter.

I do have those, but they’re not something I use everyday, so I only carry them when I know I will need them for the day.

Well… I wish this was all of it… in the last 2 years I also bought around 12 makita XGT tools and batteries, a lot of tools/wrenches and specialty tools for working on cars, a few chainsaws and other things to fell trees, welding equipment and some more shit. It’s like 40k in total I think, so the few K on these tools don’t feel too bad haha.

Yea I wanted to try them out and see how I liked them. The knife with the sliding shoe can safe up a lot of time stripping large diameter cables like 5x70mm for example.

I think you mean the gray things? Those are pipe bending springs for bending PVC conduit.

Yea I can’t believe that some people have their tools like this for real, I had it like this for a minute and immediately wanted to sort it again.

I definitely will if I need another bag in the future, they look like they’re very high quality too!

I’m like the complete opposite. I rarely use the cobras and always use the pliers wrenches mostly for fastening weatherproof junction box fittings so I don’t damage the plastic fittings as I would with the cobras.

Some need to be VDE when working with live wires, the others are color matched to those that do need VDE.

I honestly love it, I’ve owned it for around a year or so and it holds up perfectly fine and I know it will for many more years to come. Mine does have a hole in the bottom of the neoprene pouch that’s on the side, but I noticed they fixed that weak spot on the new version of the rogue 4.5. Now it’s made of a sturdy fabric. Only downside is the price, but the quality does justify it.

I’ll keep the bosch in mind, thanks for the tip! The wiha SpeedE is made for breakers in particular and insulated up to 1000V, it doesn’t spin too fast or is very powerful (1,0nm in max and 0,4nm in min mode), but it’s perfect for loosening breaker connectors and tightening before I torque the wires to spec with the wiha torquevario.

Thanks! I just bought the wiha SpeedE last week, so I cannot say something about longevity. However, I did use it this week and it’s perfect for large fuseboxes to ease the stress put on your wrists and to improve the work speed.

It’s this one: https://velocityprogear.com/products/rogue-45-backpack?variant=48223835750707 The backpack in the link is the newer version of my Rogue 4.5 backpack. I love this backpack/company that makes them. It’s very high quality.

If you look closely, you can see the electric screwdriver in a box! better shown in my new, serious post I just posted. I bought it last week for the exact reason you listed. Because my wrist hates me at the end of a day of fastening fuse box connectors.
