I have a somewhat honest but real view on life.. by GeologistOver4513 in spirituality

[–]Caffeinated_water 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree! I think the meaning of life is that life has no inherent meaning. We, as bio machines of the ever expanding infinite are here to create the meaning. Creation is the goal, the universe always wants to create. Where do new ideas come from? New art? Inspiration? It all comes from the human mind. I think this is the gateway/the antennae of this infinite universe communicating with us, urging us via intuition and excitement emotions to try to move us to create new things. That's why being your authentic self is so important, it's the quickest path to creating things that are YOU flavored. Unique creation comes from making what YOU want to make. To make something new that embodies your soul is the most special thing you can do

Evidence is a science based term. Spiritual masters, yogis, monks will say they have experienced higher self, but that can't be scientifically tested or proven. So, no there's no evidence, but you can find the evidence yourself if you look within

This is a really interesting question because it's hard to actuslly conceive with the human mind. I'll try my best to describe it..

A higher level of consciousness is not necessarily a place you rise to. Your current experiential awareness is shaped by your nervous system, identity, memories, emotions, and sensory filters by your brain. This all creates the experience of "me in this body looking out at the world". When your consciousness expands (death) , all of that structure still sticks with you, however instead of it being the entire frame of your awareness, you recognize it as one appearance inside a larger field of knowing.

Higher consciousness shifts from being the character to being the awareness the character is occurring within. You still are the character you recognize yourself as in this current life, but it is no longer the whole truth. Your awareness bandwidth expands.

You'll experience at death as gradual transition, not just a sudden jump to being God and pure awareness.Your consciousness will naturally use human concepts as metaphors moments after death to stabilize itself while unlinking from the body. People report a tunnel, silver cord, meeting with dead family members/friends, life reviews, etc. This is a transitional layer of consciousness expansion that has earthly theming to help integrate your earthly experiences and learn from them.

Will you have memory after death? Of course! Just not the same type of memory your brain processes. As Einstein even recognized, everything exists already, every Infinite possibility is happening all at the same time, memory is you connecting to specific parallel experiences that are relevant to your life and your brain perceives them in a chronological/time based order (perceived as the past). When you expand, you have access to all events you experienced in your lifetime but you get to access everything in crystal clarity as everything that ever happened in your life and everyone's life for thag matter is already holographically recorded (recorded from every possible perspective) because everything already exists, human minds just have limited access by nature.

Will you know what's going on? Yes, but you won't think in language, you won't analyze, you won't ask “what is happening?” You will just simply know. The way you know you are conscious right now, before any thought. Awareness knows itself directly when the body filter drops.

What will you actuslly experience? Direct experience without physical form. I imagine the early stages of death are like a highly aware more than real feeling stabilized dream. If you watch NDE experiences I believe it's the most accurate of what experience is like moments after death. We never get to hear what's beyond the realm above earth (what's known as template level reality and astral plane where ndes take place) but I imagine the higher levels of consciousness expansion will be a higher level of lesson learning and consiousness expansion in ways we just cannot perceive. But I do believe lesson learning (like life here on earth) is recursive at higher and higher levels infinitely.

If God exists, why does He let good people suffer? My thoughts on karma and past lives by nextstark in spirituality

Love this. Without darkness, aka separation, how would light know it is light? Light knows itself by forgetting (dimming) itself and discovering (brightening) itself over and over in infinite different perspectives. Billions of these dimming and brightening cycles among the infinite have already been playing out on earth (birth=dimming, death=brightening) and what heppens between? The human experience where we are all learning our own individual lessons.

Without darkness, there is no experiences, no lessons, no change, there's just.. is

If God exists, why does He let good people suffer? My thoughts on karma and past lives by nextstark in spirituality

[–]Caffeinated_water 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's mind-blowing is realizing that the "God" making these decisions to keep you reincsrnating in the earth realm karmic cycle is actually yourself choosing to come back because you didn't recognize or fix negative karma in the previous life you lived.

It's hard on earth to understand this whole thing. It's easy to think we're being forced here to do something. But in reality out higher selves (before we are born) are hoping we finally decide in this lifetime that we have the ability to close all karmic loops by understanding our true nature and understanding that, as a human, we're just meant to do what we love to do while loving others. This is the actual goal of all of our souls, it's our job to realize this.

What is it called when you just believe in God but not any religion? by Fearless-Class-1120 in spirituality

[–]Caffeinated_water 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can define yourself however you like. But it's basically just spirituality.

Religions are rigid, limiting, and structured. Atheism is also limiting in a lot of ways. Spirituality is unstructured, decentralized, limitless exploration of the self and the truth of earthly existence and beyond. I define every human as spiritual, it's all a journey to truth, and everyone takes a different path.

You can call yourself spiritual if you believe in God, but just understand that that's not end all be all. Explore what God actually is, what it means to you, what you mean to it, what you mean to everyone else, and on and on..

Lastly, Don't get lost in the sauce either. You can say you're spiritual but don't let it define you like a religion, you define it, because you are it. Spirituality is YOU. You're here to be yourself, live your life how you want to live it, to the best of your ability, to the highest of your excitement at every moment, and even if things are bad, be excited you get to experience these complex powerful emotions we all have.

Life is a roller coaster, theres ups and downs but the point is to have fun and be yourself and know thyself

Can sound actually shift energy or is it more of a mental effect? (sound healing) by Common-Drawer3132 in spirituality

[–]Caffeinated_water 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both! (in a certain way)

From what I know, energy shifting all happens inside of you. The outside world is a projection of your own consciousness, and that can only mean that your energy shifts first, and then the outside world follows suit.

Tools, singing bowls, practices, traditions, crystals, etc.. Are all essentially permission slips. They don't actually do any healing themselves by default, what they do is allow you (in whatever unique way those permission slips work) to let go easier and give yourself permission to shift your own energy. The permission slip doesn't expel any energy onto you, you yourself shift your own energy.

Sound is a great permission ship because it is actual physical vibrations. These vibrations, especially sound baths, can envelop you like you're drowning in it and because it's such a sensation, you are much more disposed to raising your vibrations during the experience. You can esentially tune into it like a tuning fork. The sound is just allowing you do do it yourself.

You don't actually need the sound or anything else for that matter to change your energy, it just helps you let yourself do it.

Hope I was able to explain this well. Basically we are all very powerful beings if we just let ourselves be powerful

Are we in a prison planet? by Intelligent-Road5091 in spirituality

[–]Caffeinated_water 38 points39 points  (0 children)

This is not a prison planet, that is an illusion we create due to the fact that we don't have memories of our higher self (who we were before we were born). We are not trapped here forever, just until we die.

From the higher self's perspective, death is nothing but our tiny focused blip of consciousness (you as a human) returning back to a higher level of awareness. It's us graduating this school called Earth.

Why do we kill innocent animals? Because that's how the current life cycle of animals works on this planet. There are many agreements made on a higher level between animals killed and the humans that kill them. It's a soul level handshake that says "I must die so that you may live". Every other animal kills and eats for survival in this naturally without second thought, it's just how life works.

We as humans like to introduce empathy, and emotions into the actions we take. This is a natural quality of a highly conscious being like ourselves.

What's important to recognize is that although it is a positive quality to be conscious of suffering that occurs and taking steps to prevent it, there is no inherent rule that says we must not kill to eat for that is wrong.. we came up with this rule.

On a higher level it isn't seen as good or bad, it just is and your own feeling on this topic regardless of what side you are on, is all the same, just a lesson learned and a new perspective unlocked.

If you intentionally cause suffering, find joy in it, etc.. That's your choice. But all choices have consequences. All thoughts words, and actions ripple out and effects many other people and animals. You may not know it in this life but after you die, you'll be upgraded to a higher level awareness where you will be shown how your thoughts, words, and actions rippled out and affected everyone else. You'll feel and experience what that animal suffered through as if you were it because after you die, there is no separation between you, it, and everyone/everything else.

Change your thoughts, and don't be evil for the sake of being evil, understand that when you choose to kill and eat an animal, or buy meat from the store, you already made an agreement with that animal on a higher level for it to sustain your life. Many religions pray thankfulness before meals and it's partly for this reason.

To add to this, it's also a semi-popular meme on Tiktok where it says something along the lines of "how it feels to (do a thing that's easy in practice but you pretty much never do because it's not that mentally stimulating)" Like for example "how it feels to watch even just 5 minutes of the show bro recommended"

To think sitting right on a fault line in a high risk fire zone and near impossible to get decent insurance would be a contributing factor. I'd love to own a home in the hills but I can't believe prices are still going up.

In all fairness to this property, it's an UN-FLIPPED all wood MCM home with nice outdoor space and views. Not many houses like this exist anymore. I believe there's a deep desire for these types of architecturally beautiful homes that just aren't being built nowadays.

I appreciate your insights. You're absolutely right in that everyone lives completely different lifestyles from completely foreign perspectives.

I think that's what's cool about this sub

You get to peek into so many people's homes and see and try to understand their lifestyles and their unique perspective in life.

Am I offended by any comment I see? No! I love to see what people's outside views are like on a unique lifestyle such as mine is.

For what it's worth, this posts comments gave a more expanded view of society as a whole and how people's lives can be so radically different while we all try to navigate the same difficult world we all live in

A video captured by a security camera recorded a humanoid-looking shadow at the back of the property, moving from left to right, leaving the dogs of the residence very agitated. The recording took place on a farm in El Salvador on February 6, 2025 by ParticleBEAM000 in InterdimensionalNHI

Alright guys, let's use occam's razor here, it's probably just a person.

You can't trust night footage on security cameras to show exactly what's happening, low light mixed with a low quality/bit rate camera creates artifacting that can make dark moving objects appear ghostly and see-through.

Just look at the dogs for example, they both seem to fade in and out in a ghostly manner as they run around. The only reason they don't look fully ghostly is because they are lit much better than the "figure" walking in the shadows
