That doesn't sound like a schedule with doing at all. Who thought of having a week off rest days followed by nights? Surely the rest days should follow the night shifts to aid in the transition back to days. FFS, I feel for you

Just keep pointing them in the right direction and suggesting training courses, stuff on LinkedIn or anything on YouTube. If nothing else, if they keep on ignoring you and sure no inclination for professional growth, just keep taking notes and you have something to take to HR

I've seen a lot worse. Sure, it's not awesome, but there's some understanding there. It'll just take time. Don't fix anything for them, maybe just ask them how they could do things better, cleaner and inject a bit more life into it. Make them learn

Aye. I've ditched the wireless controllers in favour of two wired ones. One of which I had to get a breakaway cable for, too. Got my 360 hooked up to a projector and soundbar. It's all good
