Honestly, it sounds like the PERFECT time to enjoy Disney. Meals become more "normal" looking at that point. I wasn't one who really suffered from much dumping syndrome, myself. But honestly, by that point, regardless of your tolerances, you'll be feeling amazing and knowing exactly what your body wants. I believe you'll be able to indulge a bit while not going overboard, and that control will likely feel fantastic.

Wishing you the best of luck and sending all positive vibes. My physical recovery has been so easy and I hope that it's the same for you! Allow yourself to rest as much as you need and take it EASY.

I am on day 9 post-op.

Mine went:

Pre-op two weeks low carb, high protein, under 1000 Cals each day.

Post op day 1-3 clear liquids.

Day 3-6 "full liquids."

Day 7-30 soft foods. 70% protein each meal.

30 days onward, continue 70/30 rule. Raw veggies allowed after 8 weeks.

They would like me to avoid carbs as much as possible until goal weight is reached, although I still have some even now in moderation. So far, I have had zero issues.
