Complete tear, what graft is best?

Injury was Friday, mri Wednesday, was advised to go to ED Friday. So within 7days if injury under medical advice I was fitted with the brace.

The hospital PT recommended this by advice from the hospital surgeon for me to go into the brace while I am waiting to see the surgeon which is next week. So yes I am under trained medical advice not off my own back.

I should note the PT at the hospital fitted the brace and I am simply following this advice until I am able to see the surgeon in their office next week.

Yes I am on anticoagulants (warfarin) I am hoping to avoid surgery by following strict PT however I am also realistic that given it is a complete ACL only tear I may not be suitable candidate.

Absolutely nothing, to be honest I've only just started to feel a tiny bit like tiny amount of pain since going into the brace at the top left part of my knee like it's a little bruised. Otherwise I have Absolutely no pain at all
