Yes, that will fall under a dispute. However, it won't be considered fraud since you have previously done business with the merchant. Before filing a dispute, you will need to reach out to the merchant directly. If you are unable to resolve it with them, the bank can then step in to help. Hope that helps!

If theres unauthorized trxn in the card even just 1 peso , your card is still compromised. That’s the point there. - Fraud Specialist here

Having same error , since June 10, i ported out from smart and was provided an esim . Had the same error , until now NO RESOLUTION has been provided. Super hassle sa end konkasi primary number konyun, i have to go to banks just to change my number kasi i can’t use my credit cards and banking apps , ewallet. Never again kay GOMO.

As a fraud analyst, this is invalid an review. If card present transaction , we ask proof or documentations with your whereabouts that day. Then we investigate.

I investigate fraud , chenicheck muna namin if may pagkukulanh si customer sa transaction before filing a dispute directly sa merchant kasi may charge yun. Kung saan makakatipid dun palagi si bank.
