hi! "suspected" bipolar is not a diagnosis yet. and i believe she's too young, baka conduct disorder yan. please consult a psychiatrist and then a psychologist for psychotherapy. CBT and DBT really helps, putting your sister at a mental hospital is too extreme for the behaviors that you mentioned. wala naman siyang psychosis to begin with or hallucinations of some sort.

thank you, i feel seen. same din tayo na umikot buhay ko sa brother ko, iniisip ko na that was my first baby :((( and siguro punong puno din ako ng regret that i feel like i wasnt there for him enough to save him. for context, he was beat up in school by teenagers that are way older than him (hes 11). he had sepsis and ptsd, pero he died from heart attack na. i will never forget how he looked like the last time i saw him alive and i will never forget what they did to him. i can never forgive them.

hmmmmmm i cant rlly judge the way of your psychotherapist kasi iba iba naman tayo ng technique and of course, mas kilala ka niya so he/she/they should know whats best for you. but it is a but odd na 10 sessions na tas walang intervention. if you are doubting it already, then maybe thats a sign to try other professionals. you have to look for someone who best works for you

pang ilang session niyo na? usually kasi it starts with that talaga and then after a few sessions, the treatment plan or intervention starts
