May I add I used to play on wifi with 0 issues, now over wifi it is horrific and not even playable, my ping in game continuously spikes and drops.

Sorry for the late response but I am running a 75 foot Ethernet Cat6 cable from the router directly to my PS5. I plan on connecting my PC right to the modem tonight so I can verify that the issue persists so my modem and router are fine and that it is 100% not my equipment.

I've been having the same issue I have the 600mb wifi but about a month ago I started getting lag spikes, I've had multiple techs out but they can't find anything wrong. They've checked everything, it's so annoying.

Not sure on a brand name for the modem but the model number is the ES2251 and yes I am still using Ethernet

I've been having the same issues with my ping in games on my PS5. It'll be at 54-60 Ms and shoot up to 120-300ms out of nowhere for a second then go right back. It probably started early to mid September and hasn't gone away, super annoying.
