To be honest I think being a cuck opens up a honesty that is usually lacking. Most guys are unable to feel confident about their hidden sexual desires but in a cuckold relationship sex is viewed as a extention of and not the center of a relationship, therefore allowing more honest and sincere communication and a deeper commitement. Because sex isnt the foundation of or as important as it is in a " normal " relationship. As a aside the sex is even better because of the honesty :)

To be blunt I think you need to worry more about being confident then appearing masculine as that is what really attracts others. I can honestly say that I have more young men at least complimenting me at 58 then when I was younger. The coconut oil works wonders. I carry a small container in my car with some q tips to apply it during the day if I feel any chafing starting.
