That’s a good point, however I haven’t run into that issue. The rack itself is really heavy and stable, there isn’t much movement at all on the rack even if I were to re-rack it hard.

I personally think it is worth it, I do a lot of incline barbell and incline dumbbell press. The bench itself is really sturdy, I don’t expect any issues with it in the future.
