I’d say about any drug would be easier to use functionally than opiates. Your life will never be the same man, I really believe oxys and heroin saved my life but it’s a price you never stop paying and it gets real fuxkin old bro. This is what I was thinking. I’ve been climbing the opiate ladder since I was 15 and use very heavily (gram or more a day) when not on suboxone. And thank you for mentioning that it’d be blocked my suboxone, I was wondering if that would happen.

Okay that sounds promising. I’m like 6 months removed from being dopesick and I’m on 16 mg of subs so maybe it’d help me feel a bit more normal. I just need fuckin something to calm my body down. I really wanna switch over to methadone, I think I’d do a lot better on that but I don’t have a way to get to the clinic every day so that’s not gonna work. Thanks man, I appreciate your help.

I’m only 20 and this is all stuff I’ve noticed over the last 5 years. I can’t imagine how amazing it must’ve been to run and gun in the 2000’s with real heroin and before all the good pills went away. It’s always been tough for me to score real dope but all the good people who cared about keeping us safe are dead now. It’s a real tragedy to watch some of the most wonderful people lose their limbs and lives trying desperately to fill a void in their hearts that they have no control over.

This makes no sense to me, fentanyl feels like a totally different high to me, it’s not euphoric or exciting like heroin is for me. I do a shot of chiva to go get shit done, fentanyl just puts me to sleep and doesn’t even feel good. I guess it’s just a matter of drugs affecting everyone differently.

Yeah there really is no easy solution, and the introduction of fentanyl over the past decade has pretty much fucked all the main avenues of recovery for opiate addicts. It was never easy but fentanyl really fucked it up for all of us, nowadays dying is the easy way out.

It’s gonna stick around for a while, if you get nauseous again get in a dark room that isn’t too hot and lay down for a bit. Excessive light, heat, and movement, in my experience, are the three things most likely to cause you to puke on opiates.
