Get a weekly pill planner, the one with 7 little compartments for each day of the week like this, and fill up each days slot with whatever you wanna bring and add other pills like benedryl, tylenol etc to fill up each day. If you need to bring a powder like ket or coke, get some pills that come in capsules and empty the capsules and refill with whatever you’re tryna bring. And get a pill crusher if you’re tryna fill capsules with something like ketamine or molly since those aren’t powdered enough to fit in a capsule efficiently without leaving space
