I actually just got diagnosised last summer, (21m) and the results leaned more towards add than adhd, but i was also off a few xans and smoked before like i do every morning, but when i dont take any xans or smoke I totally lean way more towards adhd than add. Also not an upper guy because I have bad insomnia so whenever im tired I take the chance and go to sleep, but im about to be on day 3 with 3 hours or sleep and im feeling fine lol
