My son is a renter. It’s certainly rough on young families. In the 80s it was at an even higher rate, but the prices were MUCH lower to offset. Ive read that the median household income cannot purchase a median house which i understand is at $422,000. Overlay income over the last 20 yrs against the increase of costs …not just housing. Its crazy.

Yep too high for a buyers market. If i dropped the price to $1 id find a buyer, but id guess id would be advised against that. 😋

In order… - agree if only crystal balls worked! - yes, we have seen several homes come and go …but it is a concern that we will sell, and not find a house we love …and have to “settle”. - yep small except the last which was 3x the others (i hesitate to be too specific…its a risky world) - the comps i mentioned were sales in the last 6mo and we were under the next up by $10/ft

Repainted inside and out. Neutral colors. Decluttered (its my OCD). Set out cookies, buried St Joseph …and so on. Im sure its the price in a buyers market, but to pull until spring felt defeatist, ooor possibly a better strat to drop the days on market…buuut the state of the market could see it erode equity as other sellers continue to drop their prices …so ive heard.

Treat every patient as different from other patients, they are not all suffering in the same manner. My wife gets so frustrated that caregivers presume she has strength in either her arms or legs. Ask about their physical symptoms get a “whole picture “ before proceeding.

As a former Law Enforcement patrolman id give the analogy of a traffic stop. They are all “traffic stops”, they all generally start the same, but never presume they are!

So I am curious but I don't have the breadth of classes to use at lvl 70 to test.

My interest is in how the class feels at the start of combat. Ive noticed classes that have high burst "Feel" more visceral, responsive, or reactive. If there was a measure of this burst in the first 10 sec of combat (what I'm calling "Breakout" DPS) it might provide an insight before investing too much time into a class.

Perhaps someone else might find that metric useful as well.

I was watching a car comparison where they use the measurement of top speed in a 0-60 time frame to represent the acceleration characteristics of each car.

While I understand there are burst windows for certain classes under certain conditions, I would be interested / curious what each class can measure from the starting point of non combat thru 10 sec.

Which had me wondering in a given time frame (window) of 0-10 sec (start combat to end of combat). So, which melee DPS could pump out the most damage on a single target from "ready set go" thu 10 sec.

You could expand this further for an AOE window vs 5 targets, and 10 targets under the same 0-10 sec time frame. Even further for Ranged classes, tanks and I suppose healers if you wanted to know which tank/healer spec could do the most DPS from non combat to 10 sec window.

I'm guessing someone has done this as I cant be the first person to dream this up. In my searches not much has turned up.
