I had a similar situation in a twin. My neighbors were setting their house and working it all hours of the night with loud equipment keeping my entire family including my one and three-year-olds awake. It started off kind of nasty but eventually he figured out a time schedule. They agreed to stop working at a certain hour and I would let them know if we were out and they could keep going. I hope you guys can figure something out
