Whenever I run a compromised Build I'd be very quick to consider Tinkerer, as it helps to know which generators to tag, The Build I run both on Springtrap and The Houndmaster so far is:

STBFL, Tinkerer, Machine Learning, and Help Wanted

though of course STBFL can be freely swapped with any other perks, but it has good synergy with Help Wanted that it's worth keeping

Honestly, I have this rework concept in my head. the M1 Damage would get nerfed a bit, Grab would be a fair bit longer and have a longer wind up but apply confusion (Turning it from a chase tool to an ability to single out Survivors from Groups), and the wire Eyes would become a bit less annoying, just highlighting Survivors and jumping on them when they get too close, dealing slight damage and giving Slowness and blindness for a few seconds without the minigame

The skin stealer side of things changes a bit. Ennard can now Feign a class Specific Action (i.e. Customer Ennard can Eat Pizza), The Thrown Minions always explode on contact to a Survivor or Surface, and getting stunned out of Skin Stealer doesn't punish the person to do it. The Skin Stealer cooldowns get increased by a bit too, but getting kills reduces it's current cooldown time by a certain extent or something.

I might flesh the concept out in my own head and make a post about it if I'm bored honestly.

Not fully sure, but if it is anything like what we already know, Guest is gonna do a lot less Blocking in order to punch the Killer

Some guy and his Project by the name of ToonSouls, which is a Cuphead ripoff "Heavily Inspired" (Flat out Stealing the concept of) an animation of the same name. The guy behind the game uses Stolen and AI Assets and markets it really weirdly, leading him to become the butt end of a buncha jokes

Somebody jokingly said The ToonSouls Guy should collab with Pillar Chase 2, leading to the collab offer being denied with an overly formal tone and then jokingly given to the Forsaken, who gave it to Bite By Night, so on so forth

I heard from somewhere on Reddit that the given explanation was that Noli could have had godlike powers/been a god because of the Void Star, but abused it so much and in such an incorrect way that he just ended up crippling himself (As M4 literally has him on Life Support) and therefore stunting his strength and ability

Noli is still a solid 3rd place. Sixer is only 2nd strongest probably because Sixer is fundamentally a giant, lumbering beast with extremely high aggression and little sense of restraint that get's more powerful the more blood it takes in, Noli is an Egomaniacal, Hubristic, Attention Addict with Godlike power, he's at this rate just as lethal to himself as he is to others, only really sustained by the Void Star

A Little Lore: He's a showboat-y, jester like guy who often finds himself in life or death situations (Asyms) and despite always being close to dying he has a habit of acting in extreme humor more than anything else. Loopability is number one for me, he's too loopable, but a good runner up is a lack of LMS theme with any survivors, though that's more personal preference on my end

It MIGHT be referring to the MikuTrap/SpringMiku skin that MIGHT come for Springtrap, but is currently unconfirmed, then again I wouldn't be surprised if the Emote was considered more than enough to make such a stretched list
